Lee Choro

Today I am grateful for Camron, aka Lee Choro. Choro is elder in Japanese. Camron is my oldest child. What a joy on that day in February, 1988 when the cute little wrinkled up bundle entered into our lives at Gunnison Valley Hospital. We had been married for a year and a half and were happy to be able to have Camron join our family! He has been a joy from day one! He was the first to help break us in as parents, so we probably made lots of mistakes on him, but he has always been so forgiving of our weaknesses. A few favorite things about Cam. He sang "Book of Mormon Stories" at Tyler's blessing sacrament meeting. He asked for the mic to bear his testimony and belted out the song! So cute. Everyone loved it. He loved a book about dogs as a small child and noticed a lady walking her miniature Shnauzer and took it upon himself to comment to her about her dog. She was quite impressed with his knowledge! Some of his cute words as a kid were nini, (ice cream), tenum, pee temum, (temple, pretty temple). Cam loves music. Loves to play the piano and guitar. He is very good at art. He has had plans to be an occupational therapist. He has also shown some interest in being a seminary teacher. He has had some fabulous seminary teachers who have influenced him and he likes the idea of being able to help others. He is currently serving as a senior companion and a DL in the Tokyo, Japan mission. He loves the work he is doing. He is a great inspiration to me and has taught me much more than I have ever taught him! I am so thankful for Camron.
