Kim's brother, Jeremy, and his wife, Heidi, are some of the best Halloween costume people ever! This year they are so cute as Popeye, Olive Oyl and Swee' Pea. Every year we think they won't be able to do as well as the last year, but every year they prove us wrong! Very cute!
